Absolutely love this book. Its very beautiful to the eye with decorated edges to each page (is this french-style? I have a Jaques Pepin book with the same) and mouthwatering photos of each dish. I’ve now made 7 of the recipes, each one fresh and delicious. Somehow your recipes are simple & easy yet flavourful, all while using familiar fresh ingredients. They look as good as they taste! When I make a recipe from this book I feel like I’m making a little trip to France:)
