Where Everything Began...

As a child, I learned to cook with my mother, who, although she worked full-time, prepared fresh, homemade meals every night. Having grown up in France, my cuisine is naturally inspired by French cuisine, but also by Mediterranean flavors.

After seven years in the wine industry, during which I learned a lot about wine and food pairing, I decided to continue pursuing my passion for cooking and studied at the famous Ferrandi Cooking School in Paris.

Since 2020, I started sharing my recipes on my blog and Instagram. I have worked with many brands and magazines and developed recipes that are not only appealing but also practical for everyday cooking.

Over time, I have developed a personal cooking style suitable for everyday cooking. I take classic French dishes and make them healthier, easier and faster to prepare without sacrificing taste or elegance.

My recipes are not simply improvised – each one has been tested and perfected, so you can achieve the same results in every preparation. I also share my best tips and tricks as a chef to help you become a true chef!
